This Privacy Policy applies to the Modern Arcade mobile application, hereafter referred to as the "Application", created by Steven Noxious, hereafter referred to as the "Service Provider". The Application is provided as a free/freemium service and is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application does not collect precise location data from your mobile device.
The Application may collect certain information automatically through the app itself and through third-party services used by the Application. This information may include, but is not limited to:
- Device or other identifiers, such as advertising identifiers, app instance identifiers, or similar device-related identifiers;
- Information about your device, such as device model, operating system version, and general technical information;
- IP address;
- App interactions and gameplay-related events, such as game mode starts, game mode ends, scores, session duration, settings usage, and similar in-app interactions;
- Advertising-related information, such as ad views, ad interactions, and data used to deliver, measure, and improve ads;
- Diagnostic information, such as technical performance data, SDK diagnostics, and information used to help maintain the security and reliability of the Application.
The Service Provider uses this information for the following purposes:
- To provide and improve the Application;
- To analyze gameplay activity and app usage;
- To display and measure advertisements;
- To prevent fraud, improve security, and ensure compliance;
- To monitor performance and diagnose technical issues.
Advertising and Analytics
The Application uses third-party services that may collect, process, and share user data as described in their own privacy policies. These services may use device identifiers, advertising identifiers, app interactions, diagnostics, and other technical data for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance purposes.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall process available on your device or through the mobile application marketplace.
You can also limit ad personalization through your device settings or Google account settings where available.
Children
The Application is not specifically directed to children under the age required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact the Service Provider so that appropriate action can be taken.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify users of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
